Dear both,

As we have many new delegates in the room who did neither attend the colloquium nor the Commission, we were wondering how to make sure that we are all on the same page to have an informed discussed. We had the idea to have 2 interventions (each 10 min), one with a focus on adjudication and one on high tech. For the adjudication part we were thinking of Allan Stitt from the Canadian Delegation and for the high tech part we were thinking of someone from the Israeli delegation. Such interventions could either be organised on Tuesday at Lunch time, or upon start of the discussion on adjudication and high tech (with the benefit to be more inclusive thanks to translations).

We still need to discuss how to make sure that we will not be discussing two streams but to merge the two topics as suggested by the mandate. On Thursday afternoon we will have a meeting with a Chair to further discuss – just wanted to inquire your agreement in principle to give such a presentation, if we go that route.
