In order to submit a visa application, Yaron and I needs an invitation letter.

I understood an inevitable delay will probably postpone our arrival, yet visa takes time (couple of months at the best). It is better to try and advance it anyway.

Please mention in the letter estimated range of tentative date, it should suffice.

I will also notify Ibo, so we will reschedule our mutual meeting.
