The SCIENTIFIC ADVANCES PUBLISHERS  invites original research papers for consideration of possible publication in its established journal named the Journal of Materials Science and Engineering with Advanced Technology.  The JMSEAT is published in two volumes annually and each volume consists of two issues in January and April, July and October. I am happy to inform you that the July-October issue Number 1-2 of Volume 18 (2018) of the JMSEAT is in circulation. To see the contents of this issue please visit the following link: http://www.scientificadvances.co.in/content/2 . One volume of this journal is expected to comprise of 300 pages and consist of duly refereed original research papers in all aspects of Materials Science, Engineering and Technology. Areas to be covered by this journal are but not limited to - research and development of new materials and new ways to process them into useful objects, analysis of the performance of materials in service and investigating causes of failure, study of the behaviour of materials under various conditions, assurance of quality of manufactured products, organic polymer materials, etc. Articles of interdisciplinary nature involving materials science and engineering will also be published.

As per present policy papers received for consideration of publication are processed immediately and members of the Editorial Board and the referees are requested to arrive at a decision on a paper within three months and in case of a clear recommendation for publication an effort to accommodate the paper in the forthcoming issue of the journal is made.

To defray the publication cost authors of accepted papers are requested to arrange page charges of their papers at the rate of USD 25 per page for USA and Canada, and EURO 20 per page for rest of the world from their institutions/research grants, if any. However, for authors in India this charge is Rs. 800.00 per page. Contributors will receive twenty-five reprints of their papers ex-gratis. Authors may order offprints of articles prior to publication. We are pleased to inform that managerial board of the Scientific Advances Publishers has announced complete exemption of page charges for the papers submitted between November 1, 2018 to December 20, 2018. In this case we shall provide free online access to authors for their articles. Instead of it if the author wishes to receive printed copies of their papers they will have to pay Print Charges for 25 offprints of their papers.
