This paper mainly studies the surface composition and oxidation of
HfNiSn alloy by oxygen and water vapor at different temperature by using
XPS and AES.
It is a topic of interest to the researchers in the related areas, but the paper needs very significant improvement before acceptance for publication. My detailed comments are as follows：

    1. Except for Figure 4 and Figure 5, other pictures are not clear
enough.  You should replace it with a clearer picture.
    2. The font size and format of all illustrations should be as
consistent as possible.
    3. The significance of the research in this paper is not clear
enough, and the authors should combine the research results of this
paper in the conclusion to give suggestions for the application of
HfNiSn alloy
