Good news! To attract outstanding research articles/reviews for Special
Issue, today we announced a new rule for Special Issues: The totally
discounts for each special issue increased to 1000%. We have used 120%
discounts and 880% are left.

We aim to publish at least 20 papers in this Special Issue with the
total 1000% discount. These waivers/discounts are to attract outstanding
research articles with significant relevance to the Special Issue, or
extensive review papers that discuss the latest research findings. Only
publications from distinguished scholars and recognized experts in the
field can be considered for the high discount quotas (50% and 100%).
Could you send us the name and affiliations of the scholars to whom you
are planning to offer these discounts?

be approved by the Editorial Office before you promise to the authors.
