Dear Jean-Yves and Stephane,

Just prior to our departure to Paris - I want to make sure we are good towards the SC and have all the needed information for our Tuesday morning preparatory meeting.

We have most of the joint slides that the scientists from both sides prepared towards the meeting and I assume you have them too. 

Nevertheless, I want to list a few topics that I am still less confident about and that is important enough to check in advance:

1. ZPR studies - I understood that Patrick was abroad and we have some draft slides from the past few days - those needs to be finalized and it is important that we review them on Tuesday morning because there are some new topics to approve (or not...).
2. LIBS - our scientists returned from a visit last week to CEA and IUMTEK very enthusiastic about the system, its potential and the outline of collaborative work they have discussed with your side. Since this is relatively new - I am attaching the slides they made together. 
3. Scientific collaboration with IRFU - in the past year there were discussions between Soreq scientists and IRFU scientists regarding possible collaboration, following last year SC approval. Those discussions resulted in two proposals - one already agreed upon between both sides (cross section measurements related to astrophysical processes on SARAF) and the other still in discussions (R&D on liquid targets as neutron sources). I am attaching the last joint draft of this presentation as well.
