NNSA funding for this collaboration is allocated each year in August. Thus, there is no funding to start this program now. We have talked to the NNSA lead and he said funding to start this work would arrive at LANL in early October of 2023 (FY24). If you have funding in Israel to start preparatory work that would be great. I have asked Hakim to work with you to start the paperwork to get you to the US as early as this fall depending on both your schedules.

Hi Paul, how are you? I hope you and you family are fine.
I understood from Hakim that our work is not in the FY23 budget and we can not start working on this as we plan.
We send the proposal with the time table and milestones for each year. How come that this project doesn't include in the FY23 ? Did we miss something during writing the proposal?
Please update we with the details and guide me what can I do to make it work as planed .
