Dear Eyal,
Time has gotten away from us a bit in preparing for our visit, so please accept our apologies for our delay in getting back with you.
I have attached a slightly revised agenda. All of the topics look fine, and we added a few more topics for discussion on Tuesday. We also had to compress the Thursday agenda slightly so we can check in with our Embassy Thursday afternoon.
Feel free to re-arrange as needed, or add other topics for discussion. While we would like to add some new energy to the current topics, we are also happy to expand the list and add new US people to the collaboration.
I’ll send our passport copies in a separate email to you and Michal shortly.
Best regards,
Steve

The draft agenda is attached for your review, comments, suggestions and changes.
Please let us know what will best work for you.
