Our Ref.: 257-001 US CIP
Dear Eyal and Naomi,
We received from our associate in the USA the attached Notice to Comply from Licensing and Review at the USPTO for the above-mentioned patent application.
We understand that the purpose of the Notice is to ascertain that the invention was made with no connection to the US Department of Energy. The Notice requires us to set forth (1) the full facts concerning the circumstances under
which the invention was made and conceived and (2) the relationship (if any) of the invention to the performance of any work under any contract or other arrangement with the US Department of Energy.
Our associate has prepared the attached form which requires the signature of each inventor, under the assumption that the invention was made in connection with the inventors' employment and research and without connection to the
US Department of Energy.
Before sending the form to the inventors for their signatures, Eyal will note the highlighted words in Item 3 and adjust accordingly. He will then return the adjusted form to us for final approval from our associate. We will
re-send the adjusted form to you both so you can obtain the inventors' signatures.
We look forward to receiving the signed documents as soon as possible. The due date for filing the declaration is April 30, 2020. Each inventor may sign a separate form. We will return all six forms to our associate.
Please feel free to contact us if further explanation is required.
Kind Regards,
Michal Perlmutter (Ms.)
