We are sorry for being unresponsive due to overload work and Passover.

It is important for us to further explore possible scientific collaborations and partnership with the R&D groups at the IAEA are valued.


The agenda you have suggested is fine (as I mentioned earlier), but we propose to add a time slot to present SNRC & NRCN profiles and main activities. 


As for the rest of the agenda, we would like to focus our presentations on developing new concepts of radiation detectors. 

We believe that this topic, which has both scientific merit as well as engineering objectives might be of interest. 

In principle, this direction might end-up with detectors that can be tested for various applications.

Thanks for taking the lead in organizing the 1st meeting, which I hope will result in scientific collaboration.

 

The proposed agenda, though looks fine, requires some preparations on our side. 

In addition, due to external activities, Dr. Berkovits and myself are not available on the dates proposed (Mon. the 21st, Tue the 22nd).

It was my pleasure to have some exchange with you both on possible areas of cooperation, also with presence of high officials from the IAEA and Israel.

 

I take the opportunity to introduce to you also our new Laboratory Head Ms Kalliopi Kanaki (in copy), who has joined us on the 1st of February.
