Thanks Arnon.

Do you know what is the status while waiting for the PCR result ? You don’t stay at the airport, do you ?

We will have to book our tickets now and take our risks.

I did not receive an answer from Avi Elkayam <avi@desertsoundshotel.com> Any explanation ?

Best, Ronald

Hello,

Indeed, usually the results arrives after 12 hours or so, but we should be prepared for 24h.

It is very important to write the correct phone number.

We can only hope for the best,

Arnon.

Thank you Arnon for your message and guidelines.

What is not clear is the time necessary to obtain the PCR test result at the airport on arrival. Do you have an idea : is it fast or does it mean up to 24 hours delay ? Then where people stay in the meantime : at their hotel seems possible ?

Thank you for your support,

Best, Ronald

All those entering Israel (Israelis and foreigners) are required to fill out an incoming passenger declaration form during the 48 hours prior to entering / boarding an aircraft into Israel.

In addition, all those entering Israel (Israelis and foreigners) must be in isolation until a negative result is obtained in the PCR test performed at the entrance to Israel / Ben Gurion Airport or 24 hours (whichever is earlier).

Hello Ronald,

I hope that everything is well on your end.

Here in IL we're already seeing the end of the current wave.  There's an assessment that some of the restrictions will be relieved as soon as first week of March.

There's still some unclearity regarding the VAX requirements for foreigners whom are traveling to IL.

I'll suggest to wait another week and make our decisions accordingly.

In the meantime we can look for suitable dates for you to come here, please note the Passover holiday is celebrated this year at mid April.

So I believe that the second half of March might be OK.

BR,

Arnon

Dear Eyal,

Thank you for your message.

Of course, we will schedule our trip to IL as long as Covid 19 situation is authorizing us to join you.

In the meantime, I need your very strong support to help me now.

As a matter of fact, I believe there is no way I can obtain any additional bank guarantee.

Please check with your accounting department the payment terms of PO n° 4240001216 (attached). I do hope they can understand our commitment since the last 2 years. You are fully aware of the situation from the beginning and once more time, I need your help. Thank you Eyal.

With my best hopes,

Ronald

Dear Ronald,

Arnon spoke with me few days ago, and I am fully aware of the situation.

Regarding your mail, I have to check what are our options.

Please note that the originally, the last payment was due after installing the TX1000 LIBS.

Therefore, I guess the accounting department will ask for a bank guarantee of some kind.

Perhaps the best thing is to schedule the installation (the trip to IL) immediately after the new year, namely, the beginning of Jan.

Hence it will be a delay of few weeks.

It seems that regulations for entering IL become easy then we thought.

Dear Eyal,

I hope you are doing well.

As you know, we were obliged, unfortunately and at the last minute, to cancel our trip to IL due to the Omicron Covid-19 pandemic situation and the new procedures for entry into the State of Israel, announced November 28th.

We will re-submit our application for arrival in Israel asap and when the pandemic situation improves, accordingly to Consular division @ the Ministry of Foreign Affairs authorization.

Arnon has been very helpful and we shared all the efforts to make this trip happen, including sending to his home Liqana, the liquid analysis kit. Now on my side, flights cancelation and reimbursement process is still going on.

Under such circumstances, I would really appreciate if you could pay our invoice RBL-2021-04 regarding the 35% (thirty five percent) 30 days after receiving the system in Israel of your order PO no. 420001216.

Thank you for your attention and I would appreciate your strong support. Indeed, with regard to our start up situation, it is difficult to cope with all delays witnessed since August 2019.

Feel free to come back to me – we can Skype at any time.

With by my best regards,

Ronald
