After checking the track number, I don’t see any paperwork or particular message that was sent to us (Gérôme was handling the UPS transport)

Is the package still in UPS Lod warehouse (see status below)? what is the situation ?

HI Ronald,

I know, unfortunately we encountered with a little problem.

I was asked by the Israeli customs if it for personal or commercial use.

Since the the device was sent to me (personally) without stating that it ment to be for NRCN, we need explain to the customs the all situation.

Eyal and my self are working on it, but now it's weekend and there no one to talk to.

We'll be back to it, first thing on Sunday morning.
