I've managed to book a taxi for Kevin on Dec. 11.
The taxi will wait for him at 12:50.
The cost will be 550NIS.
I'll be in touch with the driver, to make sure that everything is o.k.

Unfortunately there is not Uber/Lyft in Israel.
But, we'll make it happen for a taxi to pickup Kevin from the hotel.
