Any comments or suggestions? I understand that the team agreed to hold a Skype meeting by the end of March. That would be a good opportunity to
refine the technical part of the visit.
Sandra Guthrie will be sending you forms. We need each visitor to complete them by March 28.

That sounds like a good idea. We suggest a one day visit with about ½ day meetings and some tours. We might also suggest some activities to
show off New Mexico. What do you think about coming on Thursday, June 13? That would give you a long weekend for a little sightseeing and
getting to Portland.
We would need to agree on a tentative agenda and to submit paperwork with all names and details by the first of April.

Dear Dawn,
I hope all is well.
During the December workshop, you suggested to take advantage of the Shock Compression conference (Portland) and couple it to a visit at the SNL experimental facilities.
I assume that beside the PI's on our side, additional 3-5 scientists will join the visit, namely ca. 8-10 NRCN and SNRC researchers might attend the visit.
