Dear Felix,

We have several comments regarding the minutes of the previous VCs:

Comments to minutes of VC 15.7

Item 7 – Agreed that NUKEM will provide the documents by the end of July

Item 8 – To add that this point is about the silos

Item 9 - According to NRCN/LUDAN further detail was supplied earlier to NUKEM.

Item 11 - NRCN has its generic classification document as well. Both parties will send their documents for comparison.

Comments to minutes of VC 22.7

Item 2 - This point was misunderstood!

The document sent by NUKEM does not satisfy the client therefore NRCN will send a short version based on NRCN's document , to be applied in the project.

Item 3 - to be rephrased:

According to the CDR summary, NUKEM should give details on radiation stability of the components in the hot cell (especially electronic and polymeric materials). No radiological tests are requested, but rather an educated estimation based on your experience and best practice of your costumers, regarding the total dose the different components can withstand and their expected lifetime.

Item 4 (point 2) : NRCN's concern is not from the total volume of the tank but from the volume at which the overflow point is located and operated. This point was clarified during the VC.

Item 8 : "possible collisions" – to be changed to " collisions"

Please revise the documents with our revision.

Thank you and see you all tomorrow,

Gabi and the NRCN team
