generally, thats a good basis for our travel. I still require a statement on

• 2 days or 3 days discussion and
• 2 vaccinations or 2 vaccinations +14 days

Thank you very much for the information.

I passed over your questions concerning the vaccination and I'll be expecting the other 2 passports tomorrow.

 

 

According to the instructions for special visitors:

1. You'll have to do a PCR test 72 hrs prior to the flight and present the negative result to go on the flight. 

2. When you arrive in Israel you will have to take another PCR test in the airport and then drive directly to your hotel and stay in your rooms in quarantine until you receive the negative answer to the test (meals will be supplied by room service).

3. After receiving the negative answers we'll be able to meet in the meeting place but only with masks. During the whole stay you will be allowed only to be in your hotel or in the meeting place. We will not be able to go out to dine together (of course we will arrange food deliveries) 

4.After our meetings are finished you will have to return directly to the airport to fly back and will not be able to travel.

 

Let's hope that the covid situation in both countries does not further get worse to be able to have this meeting.

Dear Felix and Tobias, 

 

Following yesterday's VC and your general consent to travel to Israel on week 34, we would like to begin with the special procedure for special guests of the state of Israel, to allow the most convenient visit under the covid regulations. 

 

In order to do so, please send us the list of visitors (vaccinated X2) including full names and passports.

We will also need the travel details (dates, flights, connections).

 

In the next step we will send you the full instructions (PCR tests, quarantine etc) for the visit and stay.

 

We would like to stress out again that this meeting is very important in our point of view, to be able to resolve all conflicts between us and allow the project to advance smoothly with no further delays.

In order to do so, we must have (and are expecting to receive today according to your update during yesterday's VC)  the full list of your claims, well documented, including the resulting additional costs.
