We invite you to check the schedule and information relative to your presentation(s) programming:
Oral presentations :
We ask all speakers as well as the session chairs & co-chairs to meet the staff member in front of the conference room 20 minutes prior to
the start of their session. A laptop equipped with standard Windows software will be available and prepared to receive your presentation material.
Poster presentations:
Identification codes have been attributed to posters (see the programme brochure), you will find their locations on the map presented at
the entrance of the exhibition room (Salles des Ambassadeurs).
Reminder: posters must be set-up before 9:00 a.m., on Monday the 10th of September and must be removed from stands before 9:50 a.m., on Friday the 14th.
