Main reasons for rejection at MCA:
The new approach is interesting but it is demonstrated for the case of an analytical problem that is solved by the year 2019. The analytical chemistry of barium(II) is not a challenge any longer. The authors are encouraged to submit a manuscript that describes the method and its application to a more challenging (bio)analytical problem. The title should specify the analyte.
