Dear Offer Zeiri
Thank you for your email.
As a personal ORCID password is required to link an ORCID ID to ones ScholarOne account, we cannot update this on behalf of your co-authors.
Please ask them to follow the steps below to link their ORCID ID to ScholarOne:
- Log into your ScholarOne account at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/ja
- Click on your name at the top right-hand side of the screen
- On the drop down menu that appears, click “E-Mail / Name”
- Click the appropriate link in the ORCID section
- “Associate your existing ORCID ID” if you already have an ORCID ID
If there are any problems, please let me know.
Kind Regards
Julie-Ann

Subject: Author information
Hello,
I just submitted an article (JA-ART-01-2023-000004). Two of the listed writers have ORCID numbers, but for some reason, I could not enter it when editing their details during submission. Is there any way I can add their ORCID details?
The authors are:
Nitai Leffler (0000-0002-1040-0054)
Nadav Learner (0000-0002-5584-349X)
Thank you for any assistance you can provide,
Offer Zeiri
