I have no problems with preparing a oral presentation.
If it is possible to forgo the manuscript that would be excellent.
Does the manuscript effect the pricing or standing of the attendance fee?

I discussed about your enquiry with my manager. She agreed for you to make an oral presention without submitting a manuscript if it is to complicated for you with the content and right.

 

Could you please tell me what you would like to do ? Is it possible for you to make an oral presention ? Or would you rather withdraw your abstract ?

I apologize for the delay in response.
I would be honored to give an oral presentation and I plan on attending the conference.
I would however like to make sure that the manuscript submission is optional. I have recently published a paper on the subject and I am unsure I can edit another manuscript in time for the deadline.

Your abstract « Mechanical And Anelastic Properties Of Ti-6Al-4V Additively Manufactured By Electron Beam Melting And Post Processed By Non-Standard Hot Isostatic Pressing » has been accepted as an oral presentation at the World PM2022 Congress & Exhibition to be held in Lyon, 09-13 October 2022.

20 minutes, including 5 minutes discussion time, has been scheduled for the presentation.

Please note that your confirmation back to us is compulsory before 16th of March 2022, after this date, your paper will be withdrawn from the Technical programme.

The reference number for your paper is WP225372049. Please make a note of this number as you will need to quote it in any future correspondence you have with us regarding this paper.

Full details of the Technical Programme, together with the Congress Schedule, and registration, will be available on our website in May.

Your Manuscript

Manuscripts must be submitted through the online system before Wednesday 27th of April 2022. Guidelines are attached to this email. Please read them thoroughly and follow them carefully to ensure a smoother review process. Details of your paper reviewer will be sent in due course.

Terms and Conditions

In submitting a paper to the World PM2022 programme, authors confirm that:

  1. To the best of their knowledge, they are not infringing any third party confidentiality agreements or other Intellectual Property Rights.
  2. They consent to the paper being reproduced by EPMA as part of the congress proceedings.
  3. The manuscript will be submitted by 27th of April 2022.
  4. Copyright of the paper is transferred to EPMA (the transferral of copyright form must be returned by 08th of June 2022).
  5. The Presenting Author will complete their congress registration before 08th of June 2022.
  6. Author & Co-Author data (name, company/institute, country) will be publicly available via the Technical Programme, Congress Guide, Proceedings and all related publications.
  7. Speaker authorize EPMA to use his name, photograph, and biographical data in connection with the use and promotion of the World PM2022.

Please note, if these conditions are not met, the paper will unfortunately have to be removed from the programme.
